Fountain Hills Sanitary District operates dozens of pump stations, wells, and treatment facilities, but its electrical model dated to 2013 and crews lacked current arc-flash information to work safely. CEI carried out a district-wide power study — reviewing equipment submittals and collecting field data at every site, then rebuilding the model to run device-duty evaluation, protective-device coordination, and arc-flash hazard analysis to IEEE 1584-2018. CEI delivered sealed reports and single-line diagrams, printed and installed arc-flash labels across the sites, and led NFPA 70E electrical-safety training so district staff could read the labels and select the right PPE.
