Under its ongoing SCADA Support Services Agreement with the City of Peoria, CEI replaced the aging programmable logic controllers at the R103 Sports Complex Reservoir remote site, where the existing PLC, I/O and communication modules, and operator interface had reached the end of their service life. CEI upgraded the site to a current programmable automation controller with new I/O and communication modules and a new operator interface, providing I/O wiring diagrams, procurement, post-installation inspection, program conversion, and SCADA screen updates — restoring reliable remote monitoring and control of the reservoir.
