Supporting Tesco Controls under a programming services agreement, CEI carried out an alarm conversion at the City of Stockton’s regional wastewater control facility. The work updated plant record drawings to reflect wiring changes and included a subcontract for an electrical contractor to run conduit and pull wires, with CEI on site during the pulls. To complete the conversion, CEI reprogrammed the plant PLCs and the SCADA software.
