El Paso Water’s Eastwood Arsenic Treatment Facility had lost automated operation, and the utility asked CEI to restore its control systems under an on-call EI&C contract. Our team assessed the facility, then produced design drawings for demolition of the existing controls and replacement of the instrumentation and PLC equipment. CEI programmed, commissioned, and started up the new controls, returning the arsenic treatment facility to reliable automated operation.
