As the Maricopa Lift Station serving Global Water Resources moved toward construction, contractor SMS Construction needed electrical engineering and system integration support to make the station’s power and controls safe and operational. CEI performed an arc-flash analysis to NFPA 70E and IEEE 1584 and conducted acceptance testing on the power distribution system. Our team procured the control panel and handled process programming — software submittals, factory witness and acceptance testing, graphic displays, the O&M manual, and the final PLC program — delivering a tested, documented control system ready for start-up.
